Donna J. Cavallaro is responsible for production of rent comparability studies and market analyses. Having joined The Signal Group in 2008, Ms. Cavallaro has been responsible for the majority of the rent comparability studies completed under TSG’s contract with USDA – Rural Development. Ms. Cavallaro is a NCAHMA certified market analyst and an executive board member of the State of Maine Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Ms. Cavallaro holds Certified General Appraiser licenses in 16 states and has been involved in real estate investment since 1984.
Previously, Ms. Cavallaro held management positions at the City of Portland, Maine Medical Center and AAA. Ms. Cavallaro holds an Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Southern Maine and an Associate Degree from Southern Maine Technical College.
